Packsaddle Hill is located a few minutes’ walk from Penryn Campus in peaceful surroundings. The bus stop is just a minute’s walk away with services running regularly to the vibrant coastal town of Falmouth and Falmouth Campus.
Packsaddle provides accommodation for 124 students, primarily from Falmouth University. The residence comprises of 16 flats and 14 self-contained studios. Each flat contains either six, seven or eight fully furnished bedrooms with 3/4 double beds with each flat offering a fully equipped kitchen/living area.

When applying for Packsaddle Hill you will only be able to apply for a standard room type, if you are interested in other room types, please add this to the notes section of the application. Please note, these room types are limited. We will prioritise studios for those students with medical requirements.
What’s included in the rent?
Our rent includes all bills; water, electricity, heating, internet and basic personal effects insurance.
The insurance cover is a basic policy and you may wish to extend this cover to ensure all your belongings are covered e.g. laptop, musical instruments, photographic equipment etc. For further information regarding insurance cover please click here.

What Do I Need to Bring?
