Coronavirus and Self-Isolation
Falmouth University and the University of Exeter have both published dedicated coronavirus information pages which include advice and information on who to contact and what to do if you, or a person you have been in contact with, develops symptoms. Please click on the relevant link below:

Your 40 week contract is from 12th September 2020 to 19th June 2021.
Contracts, rules and regulations and halls handbooks for The Sidings, The Quarry, Maritime Studios and Ocean View are issued directly by CRM Students (The Sidings, The Quarry) and Hello Student (Maritime Studios, Ocean View) who are responsible for the management of the site, contracts and payments. Please contact them directly if you have any queries about your accommodation.

As a student at the University of Exeter or Falmouth University you will, of course, also be bound by the University’s Regulations:
We will not be able to return your deposit until you have provided account details. If you have not uploaded the details of the account you would like the deposit returned to by Friday 25 June then there will be a delay processing the payment and we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive it within 28 days of the end of your contract
Please log on to Room Service and click ‘Account’ in the top left hand corner of the screen followed by ‘Statement’ and ‘Refund’ to enter the account details. Please use our step by step guide for further help and guidance.

Payments for The Sidings and The Quarry must be paid to CRM Students. Payments for Maritime Studios and Ocean View must be paid to Hello Student. Please contact them directly for further information.

The Halls Team

The Halls Team are available to speak to you about any problems within your residence.

At Tuke House there is a site office that is open Monday to Friday. The Site Manager is your first point of contact if you have any issues in your accommodation.
Out of Hours
If you have an emergency outside of normal working hours you can contact the Night Services Team at Glasney Lodge on 01326 253503. The team conducts regular out of hours patrols of each residence and will respond to noise complaints, and behavior or welfare issues.
