Accommodation 2021/2022
We currently have limited availability in halls. Please contact us on 01326 253639 or via email so we can review your requirements and check availability.
Returning to Halls 2022/2023
Accommodation for returning students for 2022 – 2023 will be limited and applications will only be open for students who have a medical or welfare requirement to be in Halls. We would direct those students who don’t meet the requirements to apply to the private sector for their accommodation. You can find help, advice and a link to our property database on our Private Sector webpage.
Applications will open at midday on Friday 4th March and will be made via Room Service. Applications will close on Friday 18th March at 5 pm.
All students who apply will need to submit supporting evidence (e.g. a letter from their GP) to accommodation@fxplus.ac.uk. Students who require a studio at The Sidings will need to request this in the ‘Notes’ section of their application, however these are limited and not guaranteed.
We do not offer a guarantee of accommodation for returning students. Offers of accommodation will be made subject to availability in accordance with the 2022/23 Application and Allocation Policy which will be available on our website. If you have any questions about the process please contact us.
Applications will not be considered if accommodation fees for the current year are in arrears, if there is any existing debt for accommodation fees or charges from previous years, or if there have been behavioral issues. If you have any outstanding fees to pay please contact the Finance Office on residences@falmouth.ac.uk.
The Accommodation Agreement for 2022/23 will be available to view on our website when applications open. If you receive an offer of accommodation you will be required to accept the terms of the agreement, pay a security deposit and nominate a guarantor.
Two weeks after the contract has been accepted it will become legally binding, and we will not release students who change their mind unless a replacement tenant is available. We would advise students who are not sure if they will need returners’ accommodation not to accept a contract. Please contact us if you need advice on private sector housing.
