Most study spaces are available without booking. This includes nearly all spaces in the Library, Learning Lounges in the Peter Lanyon & Daphne Du Maurier buildings, study booths in the Exchange building, and the Upper Stannary at Penryn Campus. Also the Library and upstairs in the Fox Building at Falmouth Campus. There are also several cafes on our campuses to study in.
You can book individual study spaces and group rooms spaces on both campuses through the Planon helpdesk system. We recommend using the Planon Live app. Guides are available at the bottom of this page. You can read more about the different types of study space available to book on the Library webpages.
When teaching and lecture areas are not in use, all seminar rooms, tutorial rooms and lecture theatres are available for ‘drop-in’ study without the need to book.
You can view which rooms are available by using the Free Space Checker below, or view a list of bookable study spaces by clicking Bookable Study Spaces.
