Disruptions
Daphne du Maurier Spine Corridor, Level 3, Closed – Wednesday 22 January
Due to essential repair works taking place, the Daphne du Maurier Spine corridor, level 3 by the stairs which lead down to level 2, will be closed on Wednesday 22 January. There will be a diversion in place and staff and students will be able to access the corridor from the Camborne School of Mines museum end. Thank you for your understanding and patience while the works take place.

Cisco Jabber and Landline Voicemail Services Unavailable – Friday 24 January – 9:00 am – 17.30pm
Please be aware that voicemail services on Cisco Jabber and landline devices will be unavailable on Friday 24 January from 9am to 5.30pm. This is while an upgrade to the system takes place. This means that if you have voicemail enabled, no messages will be able to be left on your phone during this period and it is advisable to check any voicemails you might have before the downtime starting at 9am.

Reduced Parking in Car Park E, Penryn Campus – Friday 3 January – Friday 4 April 2025
Due to construction works at Camborne School of Mines, a section of Car Park E (a total of 10 spaces next to the boulders) will be cordoned off and unavailable for a period of three months, from Friday 3 January to Friday 4 April 2025.

Fire Alarm Testing at Falmouth and Penryn Campuses
Penryn Campus testing: Fridays 7:30am to 9:00am.
The bell will sound for a few seconds so please take no action and do not evacuate the building at this signal. If you cannot hear the alarm in your area, please inform Safety and Support on 01326 255875. Should the bell continue to sound, please assume it is a real alarm and evacuate accordingly. Please obey alarms at all other times.
Falmouth Campus testing: Fridays from 3:00pm.
