The Halls Team

The Halls Team are available to speak to you about any problems within your residence. You can also pop in to Glasney Lodge to speak to our friendly staff who are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At Tuke House there is a site office that is open Monday to Friday. The Site Manager is your first point of contact if you have any issues in your accommodation.

Accommodation Team

The accommodation team are on hand to help with any queries including room move requests and contractual queries. They are available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

If you have an emergency outside of normal working hours you can contact the Night Services Team at Glasney Lodge on 01326 253503.  The team will respond to noise complaints, behavior or welfare issues.
