We have a range of accommodation both on our Penryn campus and in the local area, providing easy access to the lively towns of Penryn and Falmouth, as well as the stunning beaches, green spaces, and other towns that make Cornwall such a fantastic place to live.
If you firmly accept an offer to study with the University of Exeter, Cornwall, and apply for accommodation by the 31st of July 2023, you will be guaranteed an offer of accommodation, with applications opening in April 2023.

Glasney Student Village
Glasney Student Village is located within the grounds of Penryn Campus and accommodates over 1,500 students from both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter. The 100-acre site has spectacular views over Falmouth and Penryn, the sea and the surrounding countryside.
The Sidings
The Sidings has 36 flats ranging in size from four to seven en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are fully furnished to a high standard and the large communal areas provide not only kitchen and dining facilities but a comfortable living space with sofas and a television.
