The Stannary lift (asset B009_E-034-00205) is currently out of service and awaiting repair.
An alternative accessible route is available for students attending seminars on the 3rd floor of DDM. Please follow the diversion signage.
Alternative route from the Stannary lift, Ground Floor:

1. Use the lift in the Exchange Ground Floor to access the 2nd floor (Library area).
2. Cross to the lift opposite.
3. Exit the lift to the Red/Yellow/Green seminar corridor
4. Travel through to Exchange Courtyard
5. Use this lift to access the 3rd floor of DDM.
6. Follow the external walkway across to the seminar rooms.

Lift asset 00211 in Peter Lanyon East is temporarily out of service due to a fault. Our external contractors have attended, and we are now awaiting a replacement part. An alternative accessible route is available via the Peter Lanyon West lift and through to Peter Lanyon East. Please be aware that the route passes through a staff-only area. Students and the public needing to use the accessible route are able to seek assistance via the Peter Lanyon East reception. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Due to the recent water leak, the following buildings will remain closed until further notice:

• Cornwall Business School
• The SU

Please be aware that all events, learning and activities planned in these locations will be relocated by the Timetabling team. Please continue to check the updated timetables and be aware that it sometimes takes a little while longer to update within the apps.

You can find the SU team at Penryn campus in the foyer between the SU and the Masters Suite, in front of the SU Pantry. Events that were planned to take place at the SU will have venue information updated on the What’s On page.

All other spaces are now open and fully operational:

• Postgraduate Suite (Masters Suite, Glass Box Meeting Room and toilet facilities)
• DDM Seminar Rooms
• Exeter teaching lab
• Lecture Theatres A & B

Due to starting the groundwork to install new EV Chargers in Carpark F, there will be reduced parking in Car Park F and at the bottom of Car Park G (near the Sports Centre). Work will begin on Monday 5 October and complete on Monday 2 November 2027. During this period a number of car parking spaces will be out of use; there will be diversions in place when trenching across the road, however other routes will remain open and access to alternative areas of the car parks will be available at all times. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we make these improvements to campus.

Due to an essential electrical shutdown on Sunday 1 November, it is necessary for us to close the Sports Centre at Penryn campus for the entire day. Penryn Campus testing: Sundays 7:30am to 9:00am.
The bell will sound for a few seconds so please take no action and do not evacuate the building at this signal. If you cannot hear the alarm in your area, please inform Safety and Support on 01326 255875. Should the bell continue to sound, please assume it is a real alarm and evacuate accordingly. Please obey alarms at all other times.
