The Sidings provides contemporary student accommodation for 233 students from both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter.
The Sidings has 36 flats ranging in size from four to seven en-suite bedrooms. The bedrooms are fully furnished to a high standard and the large communal areas provide not only kitchen and dining facilities but a comfortable living space with sofas and a television.
It is conveniently located within a short walk from both the Penryn Campus and the local amenities of Penryn. It is also close to Penryn train station providing easy access to buses and trains to Falmouth and Truro.
The residence is managed by CRM Students.

When applying for The Sidings you will only be able to apply for a standard room type, if you are interested in other room types, please add this to the notes section of the application. Please note these room types are limited. We will prioritise studios for those students with medical requirements.
What’s included in the rent?
All utility bills are included and free 5Mbps broadband and Wi-Fi throughout. Upgraded internet speeds are available at an additional cost for all 40 week tenancies.

What Do I Need to Bring?
You will need to bring your own bedding (including duvet and pillows), towels, cookware, cooking utensils, crockery and personal items.
