Maritime Studios, positioned close to the world famous Falmouth Docks and Marina, offer purpose built and contemporary studio accommodation in a prime location. Situated close to the local train station, it’s ideal for making the most of the frequent services to Penryn. Alternatively it’s just a short walk to lectures for those studying at our Falmouth Campus. The residence is also close to Falmouth’s beaches, restaurants, shops and bars.
The accommodation comprises of purpose built single occupancy, self-contained studio apartments finished to an excellent standard. Each studio apartment is equipped with an en-suite bathroom and furnished kitchenette with a washing machine/dryer. The site also offers a large communal area with spectacular panoramic sea views and a garden/BBQ area.

We have a contract for some, but not all, of the rooms in this residence. The remaining rooms are rented privately through Hello Student who manage this property.

When applying for Maritime Studios you will see a price range, rather than a room type. Those students that are allocated to Maritime Studios will be allocated a room within this price range.
The studios are all the same size, the difference in price relates to their location within the building.

What’s included in the rent?
Rent includes personal possessions insurance and utility bills – internet access, water, heating and electricity (within a given quota, which additional charges may be made).
The insurance cover is a basic policy and you may wish to extend this cover to ensure all your belongings are covered e.g. laptop, musical instruments, photographic equipment etc. For further information regarding insurance cover please click here.

What Do I Need to Bring?
