Carrick View is a new student residence which opened in September 2021. It’s located just a ten minute walk from Falmouth town centre and is only a fifteen minute walk from Falmouth Campus. With Penmere train station and bus stops nearby, travelling to Penryn Campus is quick and easy.
There are 109 en-suite rooms in shared flats of a variety of sizes. Each flat has a fully-fitted kitchen, and TVs are also provided in the communal areas.
All utilities are included in the rent, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi in every room. Secure door entry, on-site management and 24 hour CCTV will ensure that you feel safe and secure.
We have a contract for some, but not all, of the rooms in this residence. The remaining rooms are rented privately through CRM Students who manage this property.

When applying for Carrick View you will see a price range, rather than a room type. Those students that are allocated to Carrick View will be allocated a room type within this price range.
What’s included in the rent?
All utility bills are included and free 5Mbps broadband and Wi-Fi throughout. Upgraded internet speeds are available at an additional cost for all 40 week tenancies.

What Do I Need to Bring?
You will need to bring your own bedding (including duvet and pillows), towels, cookware, cooking utensils, crockery and personal items.
