My young person needs counselling – will the University provide that?

If your loved one is already engaged with support services, we recommend you contact us at Compass@fxplus.ac.uk  so we can speak to your loved one about support and assess what type of support may be needed.

If they need to speak to someone at any point in their university experience, they can book a drop in with the Student Support Team and access support.

Students can come see us at a drop-in appointment, available between 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday. All they need to do is visit The Compass helpdesk, located in the library, or call 01326 370460 to book a slot on the morning they want to see someone.

Students can choose between a face-to-face appointment at Penryn Campus, face-to-face appointment at Falmouth Campus (Mondays only), Online (via Microsoft Teams) appointment or phone call.

We also recommend all student register with their local GP and access the NHS resources as applicable.
