What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps people to escape a vicious circle of negative thoughts and feelings.  There is a lot of evidence which shows that it can be very helpful in supporting people who have anxiety and depression.  You can access CBT via Outlook Southwest who can see students on campus as well as at the surgery.  You can self-refer or be referred by your GP.
