How can I order a new student card?

Lost or damaged ID cards can be replaced at a cost of £10 and can be purchased online using a credit/debit card at: paymentportal.falmouth.ac.uk. Click on the ‘Replacement ID cards for students’ option.

You will receive an email when the card is ready to collect.

New cards are collected from:

  • Penryn Campus: Compass Helpdesk, Exchange building (Level 1 – in The Library)
  • Falmouth campus: Compass Helpdesk within The Library

If your card has been stolen and you have reported it to the police you can use your crime reference number to obtain anew card at no charge.

If your card has stopped working and shows no sign of damage or mistreatment there is no charge.

Please contact Student Records to let them know you are experiencing problems at student.records@falmouth.ac.uk.

Replacement Unicards cost £10 and can be purchased from the University of Exeter online store.

Please make sure that you choose the option Replacement Student Unicard – Penryn Campus when placing your order.

If you make your payment before 12 noon, you should be able to collect your card after 3pm from the The InfoPoint help desk, Peter Lanyon Building.  If you make your payment after 12 noon you will be able to collect your card between 1pm and 5pm on the following working day.

If your UniCard has been stolen, please report the stolen card to the Police and note your Crime Reference Number. You can then get your card replaced for free
