What support do you offer for students at university?

University can be an anxious time for you as well your loved one, but we want to reassure you support is available throughout a student’s time with us.

Our free, impartial, and confidential support services are based in Penryn with support also available at the Falmouth campus, and the Knowledge Hub in Truro.

Whether students are looking for advice on health and wellbeing support or not sure exactly what help they need, our experienced and professional teams are on hand to help.

Students can come see us at a drop-in appointment, available between 10am until 4pm Monday to Friday.

All they need to do is visit The Compass helpdesk, located in the library, or call 01326 370460 to book a slot on the morning they want to see someone.

Students can choose between a face-to-face appointment at Penryn Campus, face-to-face appointment at Falmouth Campus (Mondays only), Online (via Microsoft Teams) appointment or phone call.
