How do I reserve a book that’s already on loan?

If an item you wish to borrow is on loan, sign in and use the Request option in Library Search.

We will then ask the current borrower to return it, and it should be available for you on the library Holds shelf within a few days.

Please note items are only kept on the Holds shelf for three days.
