What is the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS)?

A simple tool that anyone can use to help understand objectively the thoughts and feelings that they’re experiencing, and what kinds of support might be helpful to them.

Anyone can complete this tool, although the suggestions about actions you can take in response to your results are designed for students of Falmouth University and the University of Exeter in Cornwall. Completing this tool is completely confidential and anonymous. No data apart from the number of times the tool is used is recorded.
