Logging A Request Or Raising A Fault Using The ‘Planon Live’ App

Return to “Spaces and Room Bookings” page

Step 1

  • Select the Orders Tile (On the Bottom Row)
  • You will see your Logged, Open & Completed Orders

  • Click an Order to see the details

Step 2

  • Click Log Fault or Request Service

Step 3

  • Click the order group type applicable e.g. Electrical & Lighting

Step 4

  • Select & Provide the details of your order or request

  • Select your Order Type

4c:

  • Select the Property

4d:

  • Provide More Details including a description of the location
  • Add a Photo
