Keeping our campuses COVID-secure

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our campuses safely. All buildings have been risk assessed with measures put in place to ensure a Covid-secure environment.

If you’re visiting, there are a few changes you’ll need to be aware of to make sure we’re all playing our part in protecting each other.

If you are a visitor

We ask that all visitors are booked in in advance and accompanied by an appropriate member of staff who will be responsible for ensuring suitable arrangements are in place.

All visitors must report to Heart Reception (Penryn Campus) or Rose Hill Reception (Falmouth Campus) to sign in. We are required by Government to retain your contact details for 21 days after your visit in order to support the NHS Track and Trace process, after which they will be destroyed.

Please do not visit our campuses if you, or anyone you have been in close contact with, is feeling unwell or has developed any symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) or been advised to self-isolate.

If you are a contractor

All contractors undertaking work must sign in through the ‘Verature’ contractor management system. This will ensure you have received the contractor site induction and all the relevant information and documentation is in place in order to carry out the work safely.

Contractors attending but not undertaking works should report to the Estates and Facilities Helpdesk, at Penryn Campus, or Rose Hill reception, at Falmouth Campus, where you will be asked to sign in and meet the relevant staff member.

Deliveries should report to Security at the Welcome Building, or Glasney Lodge out of hours.
