Montezuma House is a converted harbourside development located in central Falmouth, providing contemporary student accommodation with uninterrupted views of the Harbour and the famous Roseland Peninsula.
Montezuma House comprises six purpose built flats housing 23 students and is finished to an excellent standard. Each flat contains three to six fully furnished bedrooms with double beds, shared kitchen and shared bathroom.
The property is located in a central position within walking distance of Falmouth Campus, local beaches, shops and offers excellent transport links to Penryn Campus.
To make budgeting easier all utilities are included in the rent. A secure entry system and 24 hour support ensures a safe and secure environment.

When applying for Montezuma House you will only have the option of a Standard room type, if you are interested in a Sea View room please add this to the notes section of your application.
What’s included in the rent?
Rent includes personal possessions insurance and utility bills – internet access, water, heating and electricity (within a given quota, additional charges may be made by Lewis Haughton Wills who will be managing this property).
Personal effects insurance is also provided in the cost of rent.
